What is an admin fee? 

• HPI Guarantee

  The HPI Check report is a fully comprehensive vehicle check, arming you with vital information about the car you want to buy to protect you from motoring scams and fraudHPI uses cutting edge technology to ensure you get accurate and up-to-date information. We are so confident in the accuracy of our car check data that we back it with a £30,000 guarantee. (T&Cs apply)

• 3 Months or 3,000 Miles Vehicle Guarantee
  Our three months or 3000 miles’ warranty ONLY covers the engine and the gearbox against TOTAL FAILURE
  This excludes cam-belt failure.

  We advise all our customers to replace cam-belt / chain where service history fails to confirm the Timing belt / Chain replacement.

  The three months or 3000 miles’ warranty is with EvolveMotorGroup, in any case the vehicle needs repairs and is covered under the warranty, we will collect the vehicle and deliver it back to you

• Warranted Vehicle Mileage

  Warranted mileage means that to the best of our knowledge, from all the reports we run and details provided by the manufactures such as service history & VOSA checks, there is no reason for us to believe the mileage is incorrect.

• Servicing Of The Vehicle Prior To Collection 

  Any replacements are original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts.
  Service lights are reset and your servicing history book is stamped or digital service book is updated. This also comes with a 12 months warranty on all parts that had been replaced by us.

WILL THE CARS BE CLEANED BEFORE DELIVERY?

• Absolutely. Dealerships have to thoroughly clean and sanitise cars before they’re delivered or collected, so you shouldn’t have any concerns about having a car delivered to your door or collected from our premises.
